Visit your applicable Concert Cash redemption site. You can find the redemption site in the same email you received your Concert Cash code in. If you received your code via scratch card, you'll find it there. On the redemption site you will find a list of eligible shows and additional information.
To redeem your Concert Cash on Ticketmaster, follow these steps:
- Choose the tickets you want to buy
- On the checkout page, select "+ Add Credits / Promo Codes / Gift Codes"
- Enter your Concert Cash code
- Complete your checkout to purchase your tickets
