How do I sign up?
Visit the artist’s presale sign up page. If you’re having trouble
finding
their page, visit the artist’s page on livenation.com or check their
social media or tour information on their website. You can sign up
any
time before the window closes.
From their sign up page, follow these steps:
- Sign into your Live Nation account. If you don't have a Live Nation account, you can also sign in with your Ticketmaster account.
- Select the check box for the shows you’d like to join the presale for.
- Review your selections for the correct date, time zones and location.
- Click or tap Sign Up.
- Make sure you see the confirmation page.
You’re all set. We’ll send you an email reminder the day before your presales with a link to access the presale.
Who can sign up for the Artist Presale?
Artist Presales are open to anyone who signs up in advance.
What is Live Nation All Access?
Live Nation All Access is a free membership that lets you unlock
access
to 20,000 Live Nation Presales, earn Concert Cash for your next Live
Nation show, and get members-only deals based on the music you love.
Today it's available for fans in the United States and Canada, more countries
are
coming soon.
Will signing up for the artist presale guarantee I get tickets?
No, signing up for the presale only allows you to participate in
the
presales you selected. This doesn't guarantee that you'll get tickets.
Can I change my selections after I’ve submitted them?
Yes, you can edit your selections up until the sign up window closes.
Once the deadline has passed, your submission is set. You can find
a
link to your selections on the artist’s page on livenation.com.
How will I know if I have access to the presale?
If you sign up, you'll have access to join the presales you selected.
Only fans who sign up in advance can join. We’ll also email you a
reminder
the day before the sale starts and send an SMS reminder up to an
hour
before tickets go on sale. Only US and CA numbers will receive SMS
reminders.
Can I sign up for the presale if the window has closed?
No, once the sign up window has closed you can’t join the presale.
However,
you do have the option to purchase tickets at a later time.
Is this presale my only chance to shop for tickets to my event?
You have the opportunity to participate in other presales when available
or the general sale. Visit our
help page
to learn more about the Live Nation Presale.
For the best buying experience, make sure you have:
- Signed in or created a Live Nation or Ticketmaster account;
- Updated your billing information and;
- Reviewed your email and phone information.
How do I shop during the presale?
The day before each of your presales, we’ll send you an email reminder
with a link to your selected presales. We recommend joining the waiting
room 15 minutes prior to the event going on sale.
When you’re ready, follow these steps:
- Follow your link.
- Join the waiting room.
- When the sale officially begins, you’ll be given a place in line.
- Once it’s your turn to shop, use the map to select your seats and then proceed to checkout.
Why is the presale asking for a code?
If the presale you signed up for is ticketed by another company other
than Ticketmaster, there may be a code required to access the presale.
If this is the case, you'll receive an email reminder with your code
and a link to the presale the night before it begins.
