Two Factor Authentication

Please check your Spam folder. If you used your work email, it’s possible your employer has marked this as SPAM. We recommend you use a personal email address or ask your employer to add Ticketmaster to their employers email server white list.

Your authorization code will be sent from "noreply@security.livenation.com". To ensure proper delivery, please add "noreply@security.livenation.com" to your Contacts.  If you do not receive within a few minutes, please check your SPAM Folders/Filters.

Yes, in 24 hrs. If you request a second code by clicking on "View Tickets" again the previous code will expire and the second code will be active for 24hrs.

When you transfer your tickets, post for your tickets for resale, change the payout method associated with your TM My Account,print your Verified tickets or change your e-mail address on a device we don’t recognize, this security feature will be triggered.

Please Note: Turn off "incognito" or "private" mode if you're using a mobile device.

No, it should only happen the first time you attempt to trigger actions on a given device. It may happen more frequently if you use different browsers, clear cookies, or update software on your device.

Protecting your Verified tickets is our top priority, which is why we added two-factor authentication to your Ticketmaster account. Anytime you print your Verified tickets, post them for resale, transfer them to a friend, or change your email address, we will send you a code to authenticate that you made the change.

Two-factor authentication starts when you attempt to print your tickets, post them for resale or transfer them, change an existing resale payout method, or change your email address. Start as you normally would; if we don’t recognize your device, we will ask you to type in a code.

Complete the authentication: Click the link or enter the code in your browser, then carry on managing your tickets or account.

If you don't receive your authorization code, are locked out or don't have access to your email anymore, Contact Fan Support.

The device and browser used when you clicked the "View Tickets" button must be the same you use to validate your code. If you are using a different device and/or browser to validate the code, it will not work.
