What is Klarna?
Klarna and Ticketmaster have partnered to provide flexible online payment options for Ticketmaster ticket shoppers through FlexPay. Learn more at klarna.com.

What is FlexPay and how does it work?
FlexPay serviced by Klarna, offers you flexible payment options within Ticketmaster checkout that allows you to make payments over a period of time. To learn more, please visit klarna.com.

  1. Once you have tickets in your cart, continue to checkout.
  2. Only purchase amounts that qualify will be offered the FlexPay payment option.
  3. To begin, view and select your preferred FlexPay payment plan.
  4. Complete your FlexPay application and “Apply Now”. You’ll know in seconds if you are approved. Please note, this is an application for credit.
  5. Once approved, complete your purchase by selecting “Place Order.” You will receive an email notification of your payment information and account details from Klarna. To manage your FlexPay account visit Klarna.com.
  6. If your application was not approved, to continue purchasing your selected tickets, select a different payment method to complete your purchase. You will receive an email within 24-48 hours with the decision and the reason your application was not approved.

How old do I have to be to apply for FlexPay?
This is an application for credit and you must be 18 years of age or older.

Do I have to complete all of my FlexPay payments in full before my event?
Depending on the payment plan selected at checkout, your payments could continue through or after your event date. Please refer to your payment confirmation email or contact Klarna Customer Service at 844-4KLARNA Monday through Friday 8am - 6pm ET.

Can I make changes to my FlexPay payment plan?

Why don’t I have the option to use FlexPay on my order?
Some purchase amounts or ticket types may not qualify for the FlexPay program.

How do I know if my tickets are qualified for FlexPay?
You will see the FlexPay payment option populate during checkout.

When I apply for FlexPay, is my credit report checked?
Yes, your credit report and other credit related information will be reviewed in order for an approval to be made. Once approved, periodic updates to your report might be made for line increases or for ongoing servicing of your account, but will not have any affect on your credit score.

Do I have to apply for FlexPay more than once on multiple orders if my application was approved?
No, you may use the FlexPay option up to the total amount of your approved credit limit. Once you checkout using FlexPay, you will be recognized when entering your billing address. Please ensure your billing address is up-to-date. For more information about your credit limit, please contact Klarna Customer Service at 844-4KLARNA Monday through Friday 8am - 6pm ET.

If my FlexPay application was not approved, can I re-apply for FlexPay?           
Yes, anytime the FlexPay option appears during checkout, you may re-apply. However, please note: for every new application submitted, your credit report will be checked.

I paid through FlexPay and my order was canceled.
If you notice your order has been canceled and you paid through FlexPay, please contact Klarna Customer Service at 844-4KLARNA between Monday-Friday 8am-6pm.

I don’t like the payment options offered through FlexPay. Can I request more?
No, the payment options are the only options provided for your specific order. If you are not happy with the payment options, you may select a different form of payment to purchase your tickets.

How do I pay my monthly statement if I purchase through FlexPay?
You should have received your account details when you signed up. Refer to that email for more information. To pay your statement, please login to your account at klarna.com and to pay online. Other forms of payment include payment by check or by phone. Please contact Klarna Customer Service at 844-4KLARNA between Monday-Friday 8am-6pm for additional assistance.

Why was my FlexPay application not approved?
You will receive an email within 24-48 hours with the decision and the reason your application was not approved. For more information, please contact Klarna Customer Service at 844-4KLARNA between Monday-Friday 8am-6pm.

Does Klarna protect my personal information?
Yes, your security and privacy is very important to Klarna. They are designed to prevent unauthorized use and protect your personal information.

Is there an annual fee to use FlexPay?
There is no annual fee to use FlexPay at this time.

How much is my FlexPay credit line?
Your credit line is available on your account statement. Please login to your account at Klarna.com to view your credit line.

I returned the tickets I purchased through FlexPay.
The refund amount will be directly applied to your FlexPay account balance within 7-10 business days. If the amount refunded is more than the remaining balance in your account, Klarna will issue the overage amount directly to you. For more information, please contact Klarna Customer Service at 844-4KLARNA between Monday-Friday 8am-6pm.
