Two-factor authentication starts when you attempt to print your tickets, post them for resale or transfer them, change an existing resale payout method, or change your email address. Start as you normally would; if we don’t recognize your device, we will ask you to type in a code.
Complete the authentication: Click the link or enter the code in your browser, then carry on managing your tickets or account.
If you don't receive your authorization code, are locked out or don't have access to your email anymore, Contact Fan Support.
