You can always search for your event and review the "Please Note" or "Details" section to confirm the status of your event. We'll also be sure to contact you by phone or email once we receive official confirmation of any event changes!

If your event has been cancelled, we'll automatically refund your entire order, including all fees (except UPS and InStore PickUp, if applicable)!

When it is specified that tickets must be mailed back in order to receive a refund, it is advised, but not required, that the tickets be sent via certified mail, as Livenation is not responsible for tickets that are lost, stolen or never received in our office. Orders placed with Print at Home delivery do not need to be mailed back. You can contact us and request a refund.
