Your phone is your ticket and your ticket is only accessible via your mobile device. You will not be able to print a paper ticket or receive an email with a ticket.

Your barcode, which is scanned at the venue for entry, can be found in your Ticketmaster My Account using your mobile app or mobile website.

We recommend downloading your ticket(s) to your phone’s digital wallet prior to your game. This will allow for a seamless entry into the venue if there is limited cell phone service.

We recommend that you download your barcodes/tickets to your phone’s digital wallet at least 24 hours prior to your game.

If you do not have a smart phone or your phone is broken, you can visit the venue box office for a hard ticket once you arrive.
