Presales let fans with passwords purchase tickets before the general public!
If you have a Live Nation account you'll get email alerts about some upcoming Live Nation presales, with passwords included. No account? Get yours now. Need the Live Nation presale password? Use "backstage" or "hitmaker".
Most other presales have sponsors like fan clubs and credit cards and we can't provide passwords for those - sorry! To get the password you have to belong to the fan club or have the right card. We can alert you about those presales though - just check the box next to Special Event-Related Offers under Edit Email & Mobile Preferences in My Account. Then you'll have time to join the club, get the card, etc. to get the password.
Sometimes venues and radio stations have their own presales too, so check your favorite venues' and stations' sites for info on how to be in the loop.
Just look for the "Offer Code" box or link to enter your presale password.
Please keep in mind that the number of tickets up for grabs is limited because only a portion of seats are part of any presale.

FYI, easy self-service refunds are available for many events covered by our Fan Guarantee. If there's a Refund button on your order in My Account you can save yourself a call or email. Note: Self-service refunds can be processed everywhere except our app – please use our full site on your phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop.
*We can't refund or exchange tickets for events that are less than a week away, and we can't refund or exchange resale tickets. See our Fan Guarantee for full details and exceptions.
The standard policy of artists, teams and venues not participating in our Fan Guarantee is "No Refunds or Exchanges". There may be some good news for fans who can't go to their event though; if resale is available for your event you can sell your tickets safely and simply - look for a SELL button on your event in your account to see if resale is available.

Just click the Sell button on your order in My Account to start the easy step-by-step: you'll select the tickets you want to list, set your price, and enter your debit card or checking account info. You can edit or remove your listing anytime, and you'll get paid by direct deposit or pay-by-debit when your tickets sell.
If you don't see a Sell button, you can't sell your tickets.
There are no fees to sell your tickets. All fees are paid by the buyer.
Our goal is to have your tickets in your mailbox within two weeks of purchase, a surprise holdup can slow things down. Some events may have a delivery delay in place, as such your tickets will not be shipped or available to print prior to that date. Tracking is unavailable for tickets shipped via regular mail.
If it's two days before the event and you're still waiting for your tickets, contact us and we'll make sure you can pick them up at the venue's will call window (no extra charge). If your tickets arrive in the mail in the meantime, tear them up! Once we make other delivery arrangements, we cancel the original barcodes.
