Contact us to request a Fan Guarantee refund or exchange.*
FYI, easy self-service refunds are available for many events covered by our Fan Guarantee. If there's a Refund button on your order in My Account you can save yourself a call or email. Note: Self-service refunds can be processed everywhere except our app – please use our full site on your phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop.
*We can't refund or exchange tickets for events that are less than a week away, and we can't refund or exchange resale tickets. See our Fan Guarantee for full details and exceptions.
The standard policy of artists, teams and venues not participating in our Fan Guarantee is "No Refunds or Exchanges". There may be some good news for fans who can't go to their event though; if resale is available for your event you can sell your tickets safely and simply - look for a SELL button on your event in your account to see if resale is available.
Sign in to your Ticketmaster account with the same email used for purchase (please note you can’t print tickets from our app or mobile site). Click your order and look for the "View Tickets" button.
No button or can’t print? Please Contact Fan Support.
If your event is happening in the next 48 hours please call Fan Support at 800-653-8000.
If your event is happening today and it’s after Fan Support hours, please go to the venue box office for help when you get there.

Just click the Sell button on your order in My Account to start the easy step-by-step: you'll select only the tickets you want to list, set your price, and enter your debit card or checking account info. Desktop step by step guide
You can edit or remove your listing anytime, and you'll get paid by direct deposit or pay-by-debit within 7-10 business days after your tickets sell.
You must have a US bank account to sell tickets for an event in the US.
Not all events or tickets are available for resale. If you don't see a Sell button, selling your tickets though Ticketmaster is not allowed.
Tickets purchased over the phone with Ticketmaster or through a third party are not available for resale through Ticketmaster Fan-to-Fan Resale.
There are no fees to sell your tickets. All fees are paid by the buyer.
Please Note: Sometimes the minimum price a ticket can be resold for is the face value of the ticket. This may be restricted by the venue, artist or promoter of the event at their own discretion.

It’s free and easy – go to My Account and click the Transfer button on your order. You'll be able to transfer some or all of the tickets on your order.
Then follow the simple steps and remember, the recipient's email address must be different than the sender's email address. The recipient will need a Ticketmaster account. If they don't they will have to create one when accepting tickets.
Please Note: Not all events have the Ticket Transfer option. If there is no Transfer button on your order, Ticket Transfer is not available.
We’ll email you as soon as your friend accepts the tickets, and we’ll email your friend a reminder if they haven’t accepted 48 hours before the event (you can remind them too).
Once your friend accepts the transfer, trash (or recycle!) your original tickets if you printed them. They’re no longer valid and won’t get you in.
If you are having difficulty transferring your ticket, please Contact Fan Support.
Presales let fans with passwords purchase tickets before the general public!
If you have a Live Nation account you'll get email alerts about some upcoming Live Nation presales, with passwords included. No account? Get yours now. Need the Live Nation presale password? Use "dance" or "spotlight".
Most other presales have sponsors like fan clubs and credit cards and we can't provide passwords for those - sorry! To get the password you have to belong to the fan club or have the right card. We can alert you about those presales though - just check the box next to Special Event-Related Offers under Edit Email & Mobile Preferences in My Account. Then you'll have time to join the club, get the card, etc. to get the password.
Sometimes venues and radio stations have their own presales too, so check your favorite venues' and stations' sites for info on how to be in the loop.
Just look for the "Offer Code" box or link to enter your presale password.
Please keep in mind that the number of tickets up for grabs is limited because only a portion of seats are part of any presale.
